- First of all you must open "System Properties". Right click shortcut "My Computer" and select "Properties".
- Than select "Hardware" tabs.
- Click button tool "Device Manager" in Device Manager Column.
- Find "Question Mark (Other Devices)" and right click and than choose "Properties"
- Than select button "Details" in tabs row. Copy that information text (CTRL+C)
- Open http://devid.info and paste (CTRL+V) in teks column, than click "OK" button
